Opening Day Shamble Results

The team of Brad Willard, Bob Zimmerman, Don Stanley, and Melanie Garrison (187 points) was the winner of the Opening Day Shamble April 13 at the Susquehanna Valley Country Club. Finishing in second was the team of Fred Park, Jim Snyder, Chuck Smeltz, and Mike Bower (188 points), followed by the team of Shawn Felty, Bob Bausinger, Brian Pauling, and Gary Charles in third (192 points).
In all, six teams competed in the Opening Day Shamble. Each team member hit a drive. The team then selected the best position from which to play out. The better two balls of four were utilized for net scoring. Each team member also drew a Masters player whose score in the April 13 final round was added to the team score to determine an overall champion.
